The Leadership Climb
Look at the work people experienced
The Leadership Climb asks how often specific outcomes occurred in the last ninety days. Think about what another person said, did or could explain, rather than how often you used a leadership tool.
Set aside about twenty-five minutes as a planning estimate. Your time may vary. You can read carefully and use notes. There is no countdown or speed score.
What you will receive
Your result shows the separate dimensions, a current self-report frame, the first prerequisite to address and up to five eligible practices drawn from your answers. It explains when fewer than five are eligible. Each practice includes a next action and a question to ask the person affected after an actual work opportunity.
The Climb is a research-informed developmental self-report. It is unvalidated and separate from the historical pilot version. Its thresholds are program rules, not population benchmarks or employment cutoffs. There is no overall leadership grade.
Before you answer
Use the last ninety days shown on screen. Choose from Never observed, On rare occasions, On some occasions, On most relevant occasions and On nearly every relevant occasion. A response of 3 or 4 opens a short example prompt; leaving an example blank does not change your numeric score. An example supplied is your account, not independent verification.
Where you had no relevant opportunity, use the explicit no-opportunity option, with private context if useful. That item remains in the arithmetic and is excluded from plan selection. The result explains this limit; it does not prove a deficit.
Keep names, personal histories, confidential work details and complaints out of examples. Your private development record is not part of a manager or sponsor report and must never be used for compensation, promotion or selection.
Your answers stay in your browser
The Climb calculates your result on your own device. Your answers, examples, notes and result are never sent to us or stored. There is no account, email collection, cookie or analytics. Reloading or leaving the page, or thirty minutes without activity, clears the session.
You can download or print your result without an email address, marketing permission or a sales conversation. Account saving is not available yet.
