Internal certification

Keep the practice working inside your organization

A facilitator needs to do more than explain the tools. They need to run complete practice, give useful feedback, protect private development and know when another process is required.

Certification requires evidence of those actions.

What the assessment requires

A completed participant pathway, preparation, an open-reference fidelity check, twelve fictional boundary demonstrations and observed delivery of all eight blocks. Two assessors score independently. Missing or unsafe performance cannot be averaged away by a strong presentation.

Six guided preparation hours are only part of the effort. Source reading, rehearsal, assessment, full two-day delivery and first actual observation are separately planned. A twenty-five-minute participant teach-back does not confer certification.

Competence and delivery rights

A competence decision does not activate a license. Actual internal delivery needs a current credential, a reviewed agreement naming the organization and scope, first-live observation and clearance, current materials, seats and client readiness.

Independent coaches may complete learning and assessment. The current product does not offer portable cross-client teaching rights, a franchise, assessor status or a clinical qualification.

Keeping authorization current

The credential cycle is twelve months, with observed delivery, current materials, boundary checks and evidence-based renewal. Payments do not extend competence or expiry. Candidates receive clear criteria, correction opportunities and an independent appeal route.
