Becoming a founding partner

From first conversation to the day-90 review.

Ten steps. Nothing is booked until you choose to go ahead.

The path

What happens, and when

Durations are typical. Your proposal sets the exact dates.

  1. 01 / About 5 minutes

    Apply

Answer eight short questions about your team and its conditions. Your email app sends them to us.

  2. 02 / 30 minutes

    Company Conversation

Talk with Rob about where work gets stuck and whether the program fits. If it isn’t a fit yet, we’ll say so and suggest what would help.

  3. 03 / 2 to 3 weeks

    Discovery

Agree two or three work measures and how to count them, the sponsor’s commitments, protected practice time and who removes barriers.

  4. 04 / Within 2 business days of discovery

    Proposal

A written proposal in your words: the problem, the participants, the timeline, what’s included and the investment.

  5. 05 / At signing

    Agreement and first invoice

Sign the program agreement. Invoice 1 of 2, $14,750, comes from Stripe and is due in 14 days. Your dates are held once it’s paid.

  6. 06 / Before participants begin

    Sponsor first

Your executive sponsor completes the program before the cohort starts. It is scheduled separately.

  7. 07 / 14 days before Workshop 1

    Second invoice and baseline

Invoice 2 of 2, $14,750, is due. We also need the baseline for your agreed measures and the final participant list.

  8. 08 / Workshop 1, then 3 to 4 weeks, then Workshop 2

    Workshops and practice

Leaders practice with real cases, use it in their work, then bring back what happened.

  9. 09 / Company-run

    30-day sprint

An application clinic and your agreed measures keep the practice going inside the company.

  10. 10 / Decided together

    Day 60 to 90 review

Review what changed, what didn’t and what else may explain it. Then continue, adapt, pause or stop.

Investment

$29,500, paid in two halves.

The founding rate covers up to 20 leaders. The standard rate is $40,000. Both invoices are paid before Workshop 1.

  • Invoice 1 · $14,750Sent at signing, due within 14 days
  • Invoice 2 · $14,750Due 14 days before Workshop 1

Invoices come from Stripe. Pay by bank transfer (ACH) or card. Travel and any changes to scope are agreed in writing first. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are set out in the agreement.

If the conditions aren’t ready

If your company can’t yet supply a participating sponsor, practice time or someone who can remove barriers, we say so before the workshops and pause, rather than deliver a program that can’t work.

What stays private

Individual Climb results, reflections and Leader Codes stay with each leader. Nothing from the program is used for pay, promotion or selection.
